Graduate by Hilton New Haven

The staff is very hospitable. She let me check in early and helped us with luggages as the elevator was out of order for a while. I really like the library set up so I was able to focus on working for a long while as my husband needs to use the desk in the room. The location is the best. I wish they had free bottled water in the room. The cafe in the lobby is very nice.

The staff was very friendly. The decor was fun and made our stay feel more special. The bed was extremely comfortable.

There was no handicapped access

The area was unsafe, especially after dark—there was no easy way to get luggage to the hotel through the front door. There were a lot of stairs, and we had to carry our luggage up ourselves; there was no ramp or assistance available.

Well done conversion of flea bag hotel. This property used to be a much cheaper hotel before for remodeled into the graduate hotel. Did not go to Yale so not sure how well they pulled off the ivy look. Rooms are nice with modern amenities. They have decent lobby and coffee bar. Also there is a regular bar. They also have bikes to borrow. No Fitness or on site parking. Can patk on street or nearby lot for cash. Did not get complimentary water. Do allow dogs

Great location, friendly staff, beautiful rooms! Nice bar in the lower level. Loved our stay.
