"Excellent"

3 bedrooms/ 3 ensuites. Great for groups 5min walk to town.

bed too soft for me - Personal preference Could get warm in summer. No aircon in the bedrooms.

Great location, lots of space, and convenient with parking spot. Beds were comfy and amenities good.

Needs a bit of a refresh, there is some wear and tear with the decor/furniahings.
