Koura Apartments Central Queenstown

The townhouse was perfect for us 4 friends travelling together. The three bathrooms came in very handy, the rooms are spacious, there is enough room to unpack all your gear, the kitchen is well enough equipped for a holiday home.

As we had two cars, juggling them with one car spot available might come with a bit of a challenge. However, we knew that from the beginning, so we just lived with it. The house rules seemed to be extremely strict and were a bit off-putting, especially the rules about alcoholic beverages and threats of being evicted. We are all mature adults and were of course enjoying our wines and beers. There were no repercussions, so all is good. The rules were more suitable for a schoolies group than for adults.

Very handy for town. Easy short walk. Great apartment for up to 6 people.

I think the beds could have a mattress topper as they are 2 singles pushed together and so you can feel the zip in the middle but if you stick to the side no bother.

The location was unbeatable! 2-3 minute walk to central Queenstown. It was a large well designed townhouse with 3 large bedrooms, ample for the 6 of us. The layout is great (we stayed in # 3) and gave enough spaces for the family to spread out and not live on top of each other every minute we were there.

Facilities and furniture were modern enough - had it not been for the visible paint marks where they have tried to patch / clean the walls up there would have been no faults. I suggest a fresh coat of paint throughout the whole townhouse and it will be good as new.
