"Highly disappointed "

I booked the stay on hotel.com and the description said the hotel had a gym. The gym and a wing on the first floor were under construction. The lobby floor was dirty and elevator dusty. The breakfast was subpar and by far the worst inclusive I’ve ever had. The hotel room was fine other than the dirty comforter and holes in the wall. However, the front desk staff when we checked in and in the morning were so friendly and kind.

I really love the area. Very clean

I didn’t like that I didn’t know about the construction done on the property. We had a very long drive in and we couldn’t rest due to the noise

We drive 9 hrs when we there that room not ready we have to wait 1 hrs and living room because nott ready my room don't have shampoo i I make rreservecio 2 bed room when I be there they tell me they onli have one bed that's not right I pay for to bed room no onli one not good
