"Hampton Inn standards disappointing"

Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was tolerable. The tasteless microwaved egg pucks need to go. Waffle was good. Newly remodeled property was clean and attractive.

$5/night parking fee. Spartan room furnishings. Hard chairs, broken desk chair. Hampton Inn standards seem to have a downward trend. Hilton website said property was sold out, but that was not the case. Price was higher than I expected.

Tenesa was a gem. Give her a raise.

We stayed at the same location in February and returned... And suddenly we had to pay $10 for parking? Absolutely ludicrous and a complete ripoff.

It was so close to Fort Lee

Not super Dog friendly- we were placed on the second floor. Usually when traveling we are usually on the first floor. They did have a small area for dogs but right next to a creek. I notified them in advance but they didn’t have record of us traveling with a dog which may have been part of the issue. When arriving for our second night after spending all day at Fort Lee, out door was locked. Went to front desk and they showed us as a no show the night prior. The front desk so super helpful and took care of issues right away.
