The staff was exceptional. The room was great with the exception of the phone which was not connected. This a safety issue if something happened the front desk doesn't have guests cell phone numbers.

Staff, free breakfast and the location.

The rooms need maintenance...chips, burns etc. Also its creep to have vents in the bathroom at eye level.
