The apartment was spotless and the view from the giant balcony was outstanding - so beautiful and peaceful. The hourly bus service to Puerto de Mogan and Mogan itself was very reliable, and the bus stops were only a few metres from the property (but no noise from the road was audible). The stop is called Cercado and the playa is only 7 minutes away. Mogan is not much more. This was a huge bonus as it meant we didn't have to hire a car or take taxis.

I didn't have to think hard about this - nothing.

Einbettung der Finca in der Gartenanlage, mit schönem Pool und Willkommensgeschenk - Hauseigene Mangos. Sauberkeit, gut gepflegte Umgebung und gute Lage.

Frottiertücher war sehr abgenutzt.

Super séjour pour être au calme, nous adoré notre était appartement au rez de chaussée, avec vue piscine, se baigner avec cette superbe vue, le jardin est très bien entretenu, nous avons pu goûter les délicieuses mangues. Personnel adorable. Pour info en octobre le soleil est présent sur la piscine de 10h à 17h donc top. Prévoir une voiture, même si il me semble que des bus passent assez proches du logement. Je recommanderai cet établissement à toutes les personnes qui recherchent un endroit tranquille loin des gros complexes qui regorgent de monde

Heerlijk appartement met prachtige, goed onderhouden tuin met fruitbomen. Verse mango's konden we vragen aan de tuinman. Apartement is heel ruim, super schoon en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Fijn zwembad met voldoende ligstoelen. Rustig gelegen is een soort van dal maar dichtbij (wel een auto nodig!) verschillende restaurants en Puerto de Mogan.

We stayed for two weeks in September. The apartment was very clean, there is plenty of space for two people. Cleaning ladies came by 3-4 times, which we always declined, because there were a lot of fresh towels and bedsheets. It is very beautiful with a fruit field right next to the apartment, and a nice and clean swimming pool. It is generally very quiet with only minimal street noise and some neighbouring dogs and goats. The kitchen is good for basic needs, but unfortunately there is no frying pan. You do need a car to get around, but we knew this in advance (it is not really possible to take any longer walks in the area, if you want to skip the main road). On our first day we got four fresh mangos as a gift, they were very good.

We saw this on the pictures, but the beds are seperate and a bit uncomfortable if you like soft mattresses. The sheets don't fit very well. For two days during our stay we did not have hot water in the shower, but the owner fixed this very quickly from afar when we let him know. While the fruit field is very beautiful, there were workers around during the week, especially in the mornings. I don't know if this is only seasonal, but they start their work sometime between 07:00 and 10:00. Since the bedroom borders a working area, you will hear them talking and moving around fruit/baskets/ equipment. When we asked the owner if this is always the case, he nicely said he will talk to his employees without going into further detail. They were very considerate afterwards, but still, if you want to spend long nights on the beautiful terrace, don't expect to quietly sleep in past 10:00 maximum. Also, there is a camera in the pool area, that appears to be turned on. I'm sure this is just to guard the property, but some kind of sign explaining what is going on with that would probably be a good idea.
