Peaceful location, easy trip into town, great pool, good smart TV and wi-fi, very clean, well kept colourful gardens, fruit from the garden.

Peaceful and quiet location. A big and beautiful garden with delicious fruits that we could taste every day.

We were expected and were met by a man who gave us the keys and showed us round the apartment

Quiet, very practical equipment, cleaning lady in the middle if the week, mangos and papayas from the garden, 10 minutes from the port, very aimable owner

Super little place, ideal for 2 just 6 minutes in the car up the road from Puerto de Mogan. The pool was a fantastic bonus which we had more or less to ourselves. Communications with the host were excellent - we arrived late in the evening with no problems and even had a late check out. Very secure private parking. The apartment is very clean with everything we needed kitchen wise - we ate outside on the lovely terrace, shielded from the pool by beautiful flowers.

Perfect location, pretty quiet place with very nice garden and mango/papaya orchard. Wonderful views on mountains especially from well maintain swimming pool. All you need you can find either in Puerto de Mogan or in Mogan, both up to five minute drive by car.

Not functional remote control from A/C, however I believe if we would asked landlord to fix it, he would likely manage that.

Very nice extra clean quiet appartment with the beatiful garden and very positive vibe. We enjoyed time on the terrace, just a few steps from the swimming pool surrounded by wonderful mountains on both sides.

Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.

The avocado's that were given from the farm were the best I've ever tasted!

We slept in the bedroom on the left. The bed nearest the door is terribly squeaky, every time I turned over the noise would wake one if us up. The pillows bar one was very old and worn out as were the towels. Alot of them had holes and very thin. I am very much a person who uses everything to its max to reduce waste but this was beyond a standard thats ok for a relaxing holiday.

Lovely apartment in a secluded spot with great views across to the hills. The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. There are two other apartments in the small complex which share the swimming pool but for most of the time we were unaware of their occupants. Our apartment was well shaded with a nice compact patio area. The gardens are very well maintained and the apartment has air conditioning, not needed when we were there, mid March. Puerto de Mogan is the nearest town. It has a large supermarket and a plethora of first class restaurants. Parking is ok but not plentiful.

Without a car you would be very isolated. A main road runs adjacent to the property, not a problem with noise, but there is no footpath making walking from the property difficult. The only place to shop and eat nearby is Puerto de Mogan to which there is a bus,not sure how frequent, or is a 10 minute drive.
