Not good very dirty

The room was awful, the carpet was filthy, the box spring was disgustingly dirty. The baseboard was coming off the wall. We had to leave and check in somewhere else. When I first checked in, they said they were totally booked. Once I saw the room and went to the desk to tell them I wasn’t staying, she said we could give you another room. All of a sudden another room was available. It was an horrible experience.

Requested a non smoking room. The room stunk like astray, my granddaughter was nauseous and didn't get enough sleep. Was tired and agitated at the Balloon Fiesta..

My room had a lot of construction debris and power coating the coffee maker and the sink area. My fire alarm/smoke detector was conveniently removed and was in one of the drawers. The wires for the alarm/smoke detector were just exposed and wete just sticking out of the wall. The carpet in both the hallways and the room were also covered in construction dust or residue. The outlet in the sink area was also mon functioning and the connector for the hair dryer had some sticky sapp-like substance that was melted onto it and it did not work.

This place was disgusting. I’ve never stayed anywhere as filthy as this place. Our room had dirt all over the floor, a filthy sink, it hadn’t been dusted in forever, the desk chair was broken and my chest wasn’t as high as the desk, there was hair on the bathroom floor, and some goo on the night stand. The pool area was full of litter and dirt, and the chairs were filthy!

Breakfast was a little under pare.

This hotel was filthy. I'm glad we were only there for one short night.

Proximity to the balloon festival.

There was some renovation that took place but the bathtub was in bad shape.
