Filthy carpet in the hallway. The seemed to be some remodeling work going on but inside it looked like they had not reached the second floor yet where I was staying. Typical lack of attention to details in a property owned by East Indians. It was during the Balloon Festival so I was stuck for any options. Wouldn’t choose to stay there again if anything else was available.

some lighting did not work and after an hour of checking in the front desk staff knocked on the door and when i answered the door the staff while on his phone asked if was had an i pad somewhere in the room. well come to find out there was one and a pair of ear buds. wow this goes to show how the cleaning staff works.

This hotel is in disarray, many things broken and falling apart. In the midst of many projects, many things not cleaned appropriately. Left blue painters tape in the shower and even had covered smoke detectors in the stairwells. Our room door was propped open when we checked in, and made us feel uneasy about how safe it was. Very unkempt hotel overall.

The carpet was dirty, yes I stayed in a pet friendly room but I would think they clean the carpets. Stains everywhere. Breakfast was lame and no options but at least it’s complimentary.

Breakfast was fair at best.

The soap was like using Lava soap. Yuck.p

First impression was "what did i get myself into?!" The awning looked like a shark took a bite out of it with missing pieces of the awning. Walking in the lobby smelled like a cat box. All of the fire alarms were covered in blue painters tape so I definitely felt extra safe. The room was ok if you dont want a fridge or microwave and enjoy questionable stains on the chairs. I had a view of the pool which was dirty so surprisingly I passed on getting in. The best touch was the two homeless guys enjoying the shade on the property doing the fentanyl lean. Never saw a staff member other than checking in. I ended up moving my flight up so I could leave sooner. You get what you pay for and when I come back, I'll remember to just stick with the Hilton down the road.

Location was okay but evidently just purchased and not to standards i have had at other La Quintas
