Filmores Hotel

Hotel as advertised. Decent size queen room, clean. Fan but no ac. In summer, book room with ac! All previous reviews I read were accurate. Not the bad ones, though.

This is a very old property. The ground floor houses a strip club.The only hotel I have ever stayed in that did not provide: shampoo, conditioner and body wash & only one mini bar of soap. One towel that was threadbare, no facecloth or hand towel. No elevator, no A/C. The worst is the mattress & pillows should have been tossed 10 years ago. It did have a decent TV.

The hotel is not what it seemed as advertised. There is no air conditioning. It is very dated. The bathroom is extremely dated and not what was expected. There is also a gentleman's club downstairs. Not appreciated.

Good location, somewhat quaint... But horrible bed, like sleeping on a box spring. No toiletries, no hot water. Would not recommend

The place itself online look not bad But when you arrived and reality opens its just something So I got one towel cut in 2 pieces- to make it 2 towels Smell was weird You cannot have visitors after 11 - even tho you paid for room you cannot have that privilege And hotel sharing entrance with genteman club
