Requires improvement on: - audio insulation due to the noise on the hallway and adjacent rooms; - hot water flow as it takes minutes to get a hot water in the bathroom; - website should emphasize that some basic toiletries are not provided, e.g. shampoo

Price sucks for what you get, rude staff treating guests badly, lying staff saying they are in fact managers, not truthful about services they provide - don't expect to get a fridge because the maintenance people are always gone then you have threats to get your stuff thrown out of the fridge you were told you could use, horrible policing of guests with their ID'ing policies - everyone in the room must present ID's, including guests and even those you pay for when book the room already in advance, no management present ever they hide in a separate office, only one person behind the desk ever, generally a bad, small room for way higher cost than it used to be so not worth it anymore, no AC in most rooms with windows that don't open so gets really hot and stuffy, not even an HDMI input on your TV so you can't even watch what you want while there, no shampoo given in washroom to use so you gotta bring your own.

Booked in a year out as it was a busy weekend of concerts and other events in the city. Was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Only thing missing was a fridge which wasn't a big deal. Worth it for the price. Close walking distance to almost everything.

The hotel is in a great location. It is above a strip club but it didn’t bother us at all - no noise in our room. The two bed suite was spacious. Air conditioner was noisy but we were grateful for it. The hot water is good but you have to wait a while for it - we were on the 3rd floor. No elevator. 10 min walk to the Eaton Centre, 15-20 to St Lawrence Market.

Just be careful with your clothes. Nice reception. A million stairs no elevator if you are disabled have help. He's kind... I was worried.

I had a great 2 nite stay - front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Yes the rooms are dated but they have a great cleaning staff. It certainly met i needed and im headed back there again in September.

The area is not upsale to say the least. So many people in DT area till late so relatively safe. The front desk in and check out were great. Ask for 2nd floor and up as Club on lower level. I found the room worth the price.
