You get what you pay for, staff are nice and rooms are alright. It’s in a very bad and unsafe area, closest thing to hastings street in toronto.

No air conditioning one towel in bathroom stayed in a lot of hotels never before was I charged to hold luggage at counter after checkout

The front desk was open and manned at 1am. The room was ready and clean. They honored the Booking.com price even though it was 40 percent less than what the front desk quoted. Good hot water. Tram line to downtown is right outside.

You can hear some sounds from other rooms and from the outside. Only one small pillow provided per person. We booked a queen bed but got a double bed. The decor and furniture age is from the 1950s There's no coffee maker in the room and officially you have to pay to use the coffee maker in the lobby. Local area seems sketchy.

Hotel has the strip club in it with prostitutes offering you sexual favors. Hundreds of drug addicts, high in laying in the streets and in the doorway

The staff were super friendly and our room was clean. The room was very basic and very out dated, not to mention there was no A/C or mini fridge, but clean was all we were hoping for. We needed a hotel very last minute and everything in Toronto was sold out or a thousand dollars a night. We should have done more research on this hotel as we didn’t realize that it has a Gentleman’s club attached to it, which could make for a fun weekend if you are looking for mthat sort of thing. I also feel as if this hotels location is in a rougher area as there were a lot of homelesss and mentally ill people around. But like I said, the staff was pleasant and the rooms were clean.

The staff are very friendly, but it’s in an area of the city with a lot of homeless people and mental health challenges. They hang around the area of the hotel and will bother you if you’re just standing outside. The bed was very uncomfortable, extra pillows were unavailable, and face cloths were unavailable as well. The experience felt like a step up from camping, but lacking in basic hotel amenities.
