Very clean, location is awesome. With coffee, tea, bottled water and biscuit in corridor 24/7. The gentleman was very kind can tried his best to communicate with me. On a side note, the elevator was not 100% effective and I got stuck inside the elevator. No one was around even I pressed the alarm, luckily was eventually rescued by a young couple who happened to pass-by. So please be careful when using it.

The wifi reception is very poor in my room. I have to stick my phone to my door(to get close to the corridor) in order to use the wifi, otherwise there is no way for it to work.

Owner was amazing, explained everything about the property and was really helpful with information on his city. 12 out of 10 for the owner. Great location, street , lots poof graffiti but really safe area. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect: location in the middle of everything, (a minute walk to the Massimo Theatre and eateries) no need for a car or public transportation, the host is very accomodating and courteous, the room is equipped with everything you need, impeccably clean and the bed very comfortable. A common fridge in the hall with free bottled water for you to take - this was lifesaving in the peak of the heat wave. Also in the hall there are complimentary tea, coffee and some biscuits. The AC works perfectly. The host gladly gives info on everything to eat and see, but also gives you total privacy. Always reachable. There is a nice bar next to the building that serves great pastries and coffee. If I came again I would certainly stay here. 🙂

Since the building is old, voice isolation was not so well, but not so bad. : )

location was excellent. Giancarlo was a super host, making sure we had everything we needed. he is an extra miler, making sure we were picked up by our taxi to the airport. he even came down to chat with us before bidding us goodbye. will definitely recommend

Mr. Giancarlo the host is a lovely man. He told me all about Palermo during check-in. He gave me a map and brouchers for all the important monuments to visit in Palermo. The building so close to everything. You can walk to anywhere you want. The location is central. The room is big and very clean. He offers free coffee, water and snacks all the time.

Owner was very friendly and accommodating. Room was pleasant. Location was excellent.

The key entry system relied on having a ‘knack’ to open the first door. For a five night stay new towels would have been appreciated.

Giancarlo (y su esposa Rosalía) were so kind, welcoming, and helpful. Giancarlo gave me great travel tips and assisted me with helping whatever I was looking for. The location was great, the bed was comfortable, the room was spacious. Giancarlo went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and that everything was as expected. I look forward to staying here again in my future travels!
