Benvenuti al Massimo

I had a wonderful stay at Bienvenuti al Massimo. Giancarlo gave me lots of great tips about the area. The place was clean, the location was perfect, and the bed was super comfortable. Everything was just right.

If I had to mention one small downside, it would be that the water installation was a bit noisy, as the building is quite old. But overall, it was a great stay!

오페라 극장 바로 앞이에요. 여러분 오페라극장 건물만 구경하지 마시고 공연을 보세요. 공연을 보셔야합니다. 강추!! 주인분이 정말정말 친절하시고 궁금한거 물어보면 잘 알려주세요. 팔레르모에서 스쳐지나간 모든 사람들 중에 가장 친절하셨어요. 덕분에 여행 시작이 행복했습니다. 방도 엄청 넓고 깨끗하고 쾌적해요. 뜨거운 물 콸콸. 수압도 콸콸. 냉장고에 생수 무한리필해주시고, 캡슐커피와 간단한 과자도 준비되어 있어요. 숙소 바로 밑에 아아를 파는 카페가 있는데, 맛있지는 않지만 엄청 일찍 열어서 아침먹고 움직이기 좋습니다.

Very informative host in a central location. Large ensuite space, which was clean and tidy.

The apartment door needs a knack to open. You have to wear shoe covers, its a short term let with paperwork not a bnb.

La posizione è eccellente, in pieno centro, comoda per visitare la città a piedi. La struttura è molto accogliente, estremamente pulita e ben tenuta. La camera era spaziosa, con tutto il necessario, con letto e cuscini comodi. Anche il bagno era spazioso. E, ripeto, tutto pulitissimo. Il punto forte del soggiorno è stata la squisita cortesia del sig. Giancarlo, a lui un ringraziamento speciale: è una persona distinta, garbata, gentile, attenta, disponibile e appassionata della sua città. Al mio arrivo mi ha accolta con grande cordialità, fornendomi utili indicazioni, consigli preziosi e anche una breve storia di Palermo davvero interessante. Ho apprezzato tanto anche l'attenzione che mi ha riservata durante il soggiorno, così come il suo garbato congedo. Assolutamente consigliato.

Recensisco per conto di mio suocero che ha fatto il soggiorno.Mio sucero di 91 ann è rimasto molto sodisfatto. La struttura è nuova. la posizione è ottimale e il sig.Giancarlo accompagnato da sua moglie sono stati gentilissimi.

It was excellently located, above a nice bar and a short walk from the Teatro Massimo and surrounding streets. There was coffee and cold water available 24 hours a day and Giancarlo was a friendly, helpful and informative host.
