Great location.

I thought that the check-out time of 9:30am was too early, therefore was a bit rushed on the final day.

La struttura è molto accogliente, la camera ed il bagno ben puliti e con tutti i confort descritti, anche qualcuno in più. La posizione centrare della struttura è l'ideale per esplorare tutto il centro di Palermo a piedi. Il letto ed i cuscini erano comodissimi. L'host Giancarlo è una persona splendida e cortese, inoltre molto erudita su Palermo. Appena arrivato si è occupato personalmente del check-in e mi ha fornito moltissime informazioni culturali di Palermo e dintorni (graditissime), inoltre in stanza lascia a disposizione anche qualche guida per approfondire in autonomia. Mi sento di consigliare questa struttura a chiunque voglia visitare Palermo e viverne la sua autenticità!!

Benvenuti al Massimo is the ideal place from which to explore the wonderful city of Palermo. It has the perfect location - within walking distance of most of the key city sites - but is well protected from noise. Giancarlo is a delightful host, who is readily available with personalised information, and keeps the property in perfect condition. I would love to come back!

Giancarlo was kind enough to offer me some good advice on where to eat

It was very well situated within easy walking distance of many attractions , railway station and buses. To be honest I got hopelessly lost on the day of arrival - nobody’s fault but I quickly found a tourist information place and bought a reasonably priced map from a Tabacchi. The owner was helpful and friendly. The accommodation was clean and the bed was comfortable.

It wasn’t what I expected when I arrived. There were lots of rooms so a bit more like a hostel than a hotel. This was not a problem. I had everything that I needed and I did feel that I could have contacted the owner if I had wanted any assistance. It was very quiet. And I don’t think I saw anyone during my 3 night stay. This was not a problem, just a surprise.

The host! Giancarlo was kind, accommodating and incredibly informative, providing a detailed explanation of the history of Palermo. He made sure I arrived without hassle and communication was extremely efficient! Location was fantastic.

L’accueil de Giancarlo, serviable : il est venu me chercher à l arrêt du bus de l aéroport, à 10 minutes à pieds car le vol avait 3 h de retard et il était minuit. Puis il a donné des recommandations pour les visites avec des éléments d’histoire. La localisation est excellente, à proximité d’un quartier animé, boutiques et coffee Shop, restaurants…

Peut-être un rafraîchissement de la douche

Herr Giancarlo war super nett und freundlich. Er hat über die Sehenswürdigkeiten einiges erklärt und gute Tipps gegeben. Ich durfte sogar früher einchecken, da ich früh in Palermo gelandet bin. Zimmer hatte alles was man benötigt auch eine Klimaanlage und ich habe wunderbar geschlafen. Sehr ruhig und mitten im Zentrum. Kann die Unterkunft empfehlen und komme nächstes Mal gerne wieder dorthin. Vielen Dank Herr Giancarlo.
