We were required to pay an additional €2 for the contract. If he requires this the keep the rental legal then it should be included in the price.

His marriage to the Montenegrin princess Jelena Petrović-Njegoš (Elena of Montenegro) was partly practical, in the hope that their offspring would be able to reach the top kitchen shelves. A proud representative of Montenegro’s famously tall population, Jelena stood at 180 cm. Later proposed for sainthood, she went on to have five vertically unchallenged children. This delightful story was part of host Giancarlo’s welcome as I arrived at the property. To make this worth reading for those who believe a review should stick to square meters, mattress firmness, and star ratings: it is exaclly what you paid for - affordable, clean, and cozy room, right in the historic heart of Palermo, with a host who brings warmth, character, and local charm to the experience.

The room was exceptionally clean.İt was in an excellent location. But the best part about my stay was great communication with the owner since the moment of the booking. He was very helpful and kind. Besides everything, he gave me great tips about the city and some attractions and as well as some insights of the history of the city.. As a solo traveler l felt very safe and comfortable there. Overal it was a very pleasant stay. Totally reccomend it :)

Fabulous! Great communication from Giancarlo (in English) by What's App and when we met. As others have said his accommodation is wonderful, spotlessly clean and so comfortable. A haven in a busy city.

Location was great and host very helpful - Room was clean and very safe area

Perfect location! Literally down the road from the main shopping strip with tons of cafes and restaurants. The cafe downstairs on the left when you leave the apartment is amazing, I had breakfast there two days in a row. Must try. The room is spotless and has all the amenities you'd need plus there is coffee/tea and snacks provided, and free water bottles in the fridge. The host is amazing, so helpful with providing recommendations of what to see and where to eat. I'll definitely stay here again!

The location was great, near everything in the historical centre.The host was great and gave really good tips. Great value for the money. Felt very safe as a female solo travel.
