The centralized location to just about everything within walking distance. Riverfront, Clay Center Science Museum, restaurants, bars etc.

The water in the indoor pool was COLD, lol.

"Brief stay. Not a bad experience but could have been better."

Breakfast had many options; food was pretty good. Hotel did not charge us for parking since we had a car top carrier and lot was full.

Reserved a double queen. Would have been more comfortable in a double queen but only a King suite was left.

Spacious suites and generous buffet breakfast. Happy hour was well attended.

One of three elevators was down and has been for at least two weeks. Buffet breakfast couldn’t keep up, running out of bacon, biscuits, plates, silverware …. It’s no fun to have 15-20 folks stalking out the arrival of the bacon tray. Housekeeping missed us entirely one day despite having let the front desk know.

"Go elsewhere… trust me."

We stayed at this hotel while in town for a soccer tournament. Never again. There was a party happening in the lobby (which is open atrium and echos to all of the rooms) and it was so loud we couldn’t sleep for an early game the next day. Kids were feral and screaming and running the halls with no consequence. The worst part? There aren’t any accessible staircases! We were on the second floor and had to wait in a line of 40 people to get an elevator to go up ONE floor. Staircases are closed and for emergencies only. What?! Don’t waste your time here.

"Disappointing for the cost"

The location was nice and having.a dinner kick back is a plus.

The pool was ice cold to the point we could not use it. The pool room itself was cold and had no humidity/heat. The valet employee was also extremely rude because we tried to valet a manual (stick shift) and made comments under her breath of "people expext everyone and their brother to be able to drive anything" which is not the case, but it is surprising valet for a Hilton company doesn't have that ability. The room itself wasn't horrible, but could have been better for the price. The shower had pieces of hair on the wall and the wall above the bed had 6 quarter size chips of paint missing.
