"Waste of my money."

My bathtub was dirty I called 3 times for someone to come clean it and no one did. The air wasn’t working and they failed to inform us that when we checked in so it was so hot in our room. The staff was just rude when i brought these issues to there attention and the pool was cold even though it said heated. Also only one elevator worked so you had to wait forever for the elevator.

"Great besides the freezing cold pool"

Brought my kids here to swim for the last day of spring break… we didn’t go anywhere this year and the pool was freezing cold. So cold my 5 year old got in for about 3 min and was devastated. It says they have a heated pool but it wasn’t today at all. Teeth chattering cold

Bad as usual

Hilton embassy suits is worst to stay they told me no room available at 2 am morning with kids After driving for 7 hours And said its booking.com mistake as usual
