We got bumped to the Hampton Inn.

We got bumped and so the moment we got to the original hotel, we unloaded our bags with the help of very kind workers only for reception to disappear for five mins and come back to tell us we can’t stay at the hotel. Our daughter on the spectrum had just said “yay it’s my favorite hotel,” and then we witnessed a full ADHD meltdown as we had to navigate the next steps. It sucked and we were really disappointed in the hotel.
