The hotel is beautiful, clean & comfortable. I was excited that I found an Embassy Suites on our trip home. I haven't stayed in an Embassy Suites for some time but was thrilled that you still include a wonderful breakfast! The made-to-order omelets are wonderful! Also, the room rate of $140 was very reasonable. We appreciate that.

We paid for parking at the hotel desk. When we asked for our car, the valet tried to charge us again. I went to the desk to get our receipt as proof that we paid & the valet said we didn't do it right. Maybe we didn't, but there seems to be confusion between the hotel and valet company. Everyone was professional and nice about it though. We could have parked the car ourselves as the valet parked it only three spots away from the hotel door so we didn't think valet service was even necessary, but maybe there is not enough parking on site, and that's the reason for charging for valet. Also, when we were leaving, the valet brought our car & parked it in the rain, not under the covered entryway to the hotel. We had to load all of our luggage in the rain.

"It’s a really great hotel just be mindful if you are hot natured"

Everyone was very nice. It was very clean in the food was good.

It was very hot in the bed wasn’t very comfortable. We had the temperature in the 60s and it just was not budging. We were on the fifth floor.
