It was very welcoming, the beds were very comfy,the room layout was better than normal hotels,the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we've ever had, there was a on-site omelet chef. It was clean. I was very impressed. Only have 2 small things that were i didnt like. The room was clean, the carpet looked good and the windows were acually clean. The staff were all kind and had smiles and looked and acted like they acually wanted to work there.

They could have had all day/night coffee, they didn't have any coffee after 6pm, and when I asked for extra coffee for the room the front desk searched and could find any. A few things needed small upgrades and attention. The tub in the room could have looked alittle better on the bottom it was scratched up and alittle older looking, The pool could use a face lift and a couple extra tables. There were only 2.

There was a particular manager that was present everywhere. He was so very welcoming. He connected with guests everywhere. I would hire him. Your greatest asset.
