Astana Swaha Villa

Location in nature. Helpfull to look for transportation

Location far away has of course the consequence that everything is out of reach to do by foot. First morning they knocked on the door 15 minutes before we would have breakfast that they were waiting to serve it. Luckily it didn't happen the other days.

Nice views on the jungle and Mount Agung

The pictures aren’t really matching the real live feeling, it’s also quite far from the center where you have more options. Transport to bring you there is a bit overcharged

Nice staff. We asked for a different room because didn’t like the Double room, they kindly arranged us other rooms as there was availability. The lady also kindly helped to prepare take out breakfast as we had to check out early.

The price is quite high for the quality. The location is not very convenient and the hotel doesn’t offer any shuttle services (you have to pay extra fees) and I t is very difficult to find a Grab or Taxi in the area.

Not value for money compared with what other options are available near by. Didn't like trips being pushed on us by staff.

Our studio leaked when it rained very hard.

The people who run this villa are exceptional. The service was excellent and the serenity of the environment made you want to stay longer.

Loved the place but you would not go there if you want hustle and bustle.

Just a beautiful family run business, had a relaxing time, and were made to feel very welcome.
