Astana Swaha Villa

Beautiful location.

Far from everything, if you don’t have transportation. Nothing in walking distance, but they make breakfast and dinner on request. Bit expensive for what it is.

The personal of the hotel were the highlight of my stay at Astana Swaha. Everytime I arrived at the acommodation I was saluted with a warm “welcome home”. The setting was great - amazing view and extreme peace and quite. The included breakfast was good and the food they serve at the restaurant was very delicious and authentic.

The room where I stayed didn’t have much light and it smelled a lot from humidity. The bath towels were smelling a lot too.

This location was a big deception for us. The price is absolutely not right. The only thing positive was the nice staff.

The hotel was a big deception, location very hard to access The hotel itself is yes in the middle of the jungle but full of insects, not clean enough. We booked the honey moon suite to have some confort and it was more than a deception. Not only the room was very basic but the bathroom was completely humid resulting in a very bad smell but most of all was infested with cockroaches. We couldn’t use the bathroom anymore. The staff didn’t react at all The mosquitos also were all over the room. This price was very high compared to what we got Moreover the scooter that the hotel proposed to rent was bad the breaks were not good.

It was a nice place to stay, not in a good location unless your looking to walk everywhere and no grab or gojek in sidemen, so taxis are expensive, Staff also tried charging us a cancellation fee for cancelling a taxi for no reason

Location in nature. Helpfull to look for transportation

Location far away has of course the consequence that everything is out of reach to do by foot. First morning they knocked on the door 15 minutes before we would have breakfast that they were waiting to serve it. Luckily it didn't happen the other days.
