Bay Mountain Inn Cherokee Smoky Mountains

I was very surprised at how clean and new the rooms looked. The owner who worked the front desk was so nice. They didn't have many guests so they weren't serving breakfast. She woke up and got breakfast ready for me and that's just a problem beyond. Whenever I go to visit my parents, I will definitely stay here again.

The staff was nice, the check in process was quick and early, the breakfast was decent and the dinning area was clean

The shower had hair from the previous guest in it. The bed also had hair from the previous guest, which is in my opinion…. It’s disgusting. At first we thought it could’ve been from the dryer after being washed and dried, but after further inspection through the bed there was way too much hair to come from a dryer. There were also black spots all over the covers looked like something was wiped on there. All of the covers were super thin also, and the a/c half worked it was consistently.The bed wasn’t super comfy and the pillows were quite tiny. Overall it was a place to sleep
