Workers gave us wrong information and trouble checking in, power went out for a bit in the morning, elevator wasn’t working so it was tedious to get our luggage to the second floor and a staff walked into our room without knocking while we was changing

It was close to home and the cost was worth the drive

Our door lock was broken. Anyone could come in. The people next to us didn’t like us laughing at 11pm and reported us to the front desk. The front desk knocked on the door and never considered our feelings. He also never addressed the broken lock. We requested a room change and was told we would have to pay more the the price we paid for the current room. Than, after falling asleep, we were bitten by bugs
