Front service

I was in room 326 , May 22 to May 23 and there was a sex toy left from a last view. I was shocked because a visitor child brought it to our attention. Her hands was washed with a quickness!!! If room service cleaned they would have seen that. I did touch or removed. But that was very unprofessional and disgusting!!

"One of my worst stays. Ever."

Nothing to be honest.

The room was dirty. The sheets weren’t changed, there was a giant blob of hair on the sheets on the bed under the covers. The tiles were broken in the bathroom and was causing all of us to slip getting in and out of the shower. The rack hanging on the wall was broken and did not hold any weight for the towels. The hotel and rooms smelled awful and the list honestly goes on. The breakfast was days old and was reheated several times days prior. The front desk staff was rude and spent half our check in time arguing with me over absolutely nothing to include the fact they were annoyed we were checking in at 730pm and called to see where we were on two different occasions. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

It was a good price for the night. Was quiet.

It is older, smelly, and the workers are not very personable. Elevator old and rickety. Breakfast was not great.
