"Even zero is high for this place."

Everything was unclean, from the mat at the entrance to the elevator cabin (which was full of stains, fingerprints, ….) and the coffee area in the morning. The morning receptionist appeared to have come to work just after waking up, with messy hair, an unwashed face, and casual pants that looked worse than pajamas. There were white drink marks on the desk in the room. The breakfast was very poor. Although I do not eat meat, others usually do. One guest asked the chef why there were no sausages or bacon, and he replied that they had run out, saying they might have sausages the next day and perhaps bacon the following week!!??

This is a great property Staff were professional and friendly Room was a bit small but a lot of care was taken in designing and using the space available. The hotel was clean and we had a great stay

I wish the room was larger but it was designed well

Beautiful building with an impressive lobby greeted us to the motel. The front desk clerk did not. He appeared to have a script that he read to each guest at check-in. I believe he missed the first couple of lines. Our 3rd floor room was wonderful. Plenty of seating area for our two-night stay. Wifi was awesome. Quick and easy connection. 20 minutes from the Zoo.

Staff was rather cold no matter where we were on the property.
