“This place is a dump. It was so bad that when we arrived we thought it was out of business. The carpets look like someone changed the oil in their car in the rooms. The hallways were equally bad. The grass was so tall it should have been bush-hogged and used for hay. At the pool there were vines growing so bad that they have reached the water. The pool was closed and covered up. There are parts of the exterior of the building's façade that had literally fallen off. There was construction plastic closing off areas everywhere. There was pet hair on the comforters. The popcorn ceiling was flaking off and falling on the floors. The breakfast area appeared to be closed, and there were large boxes all over the breakfast seating area. The condition of this hotel was so bad we cancelled our next reservation for four rooms in Selma/ Smithfield, starting with confirmation number 90606EE013351. This place should be closed completely immediately and is an embarrassment to the La Quinta/ Wyndham franchise.”

The facility was run down. The pool was covered. The wallpaper was peeling and drywall falling off.

The bed was fairly comfortable.

Facility was filthy, carpets a horror, my non smoking room smelled of smoke, toilet seat was broken, towel bar broken off of the wall and there was fresh blood drops on carpet in the room. Breakfast was very poor and waffle batter was runny with lumps of something in out. Chose not to partake. Front desk didn't offer to do anything about it. You get all this for $102 a night.

Online description deceiving. Pool was boarded up, parking lot was filthy, lobby entrance snelled bad, ekevstir floors nasty, room keypass dysfuntional requires going to front desk 3 times, roaches in the bathroom and towel holder broken had to hang towel on a hanger in the closet. Would not recommend to anyone. Only good thing was the shower water pressure but not good enough reason to return.

This hotel is so dirty. They have bugs EVERYWHERE. I highly recommend you stay somewhere else!

I realize they're under renovation but it's not moving fast enough.

We booked this as a last minute hotel as we were driving from Arizona and we were tired so we needed a place to stay for the night. This hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It is a rundown motel at best. Clearly you can see in the one picture the light switch for the bathroom stains on the carpets are horrible. The dresser was being held up straight by a lid, water stains on the ceiling peeling paint on the ceiling. We never will stay there or probably at a La Quinta ever again. The pictures are very misleading on the site however, the woman at the front desk was very nice but when we left at 5 AM to get back on the road there was nobody in sight so we could tell them how the room was but we were so tired. We just slept afraid to sleep in our pajamas we just left and are clothes.
