Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Jackson

It was a decent place to stay for for an overnight rest on a multi day drive. The front staff was very nice and friendly. It's an older hotel in need of upgrades but it was neat and did smell good.I was a little leary of the bathtub as it was rusty and stained but the shower felt good and our microwave did not work. Bed was comfortable and TV worked.

Ceiling had cracks and leaks… carpet was dirty… paint chipped and cracked walls. Tv remote wasn’t working. Missing piece to coffee maker. Breakfast was disgusting… cereal but no milk… gravy but no biscuits.. coffee was stale and watered down.. I don’t know what was done to the waffle mix… tasted terrible! Couldn’t wait to get out of there..

This place was nasty. We was there for two night's. Our room wasn't clean when we left for about 5 hour it was the same as we left it. We had to go down and ask for clean towel. Spiders in the bathrooms in corners. It just a nasty place need to be close. I do not recommend for anyone to stay .

Honestly it was a truly terrible hotel.I had to wait for like 10 minutes before anyone appeared to assist us and it was really off putting.Rooms were dirty, outside was dirty there were holes in the wall , big patches of paint off the ceiling and mold, carpet was gross and there was actually trash underneath the beds. The shower had a leak and everything smelled funky. The bed sheets and pillows seemed to be clean at the very least. If I had not been exhausted by a long drive I would have left. If I was Expedia I would not be associated with this property.

The whole entire hotel was trashy filthy looking.

Please refer to the previous page where I listed some if the issues with this filthy hotel. It should be demolished. I can’t believe it could pass an inspection. I don’t know if they served breakfast or not. But if the did there is no way we would have eaten there. When I called ahead of time to ask the desk clerk which exit they were on, she said it’s either 82 or 86. This is s dive.

Filthy disgusting terrible horrible that's all I can tell you We slept with our clothes on the filth is everywhere rust in the shower surround coming away from the wall mold and beneath the wall slow draining sinks finger prints and smudges on the windows microwave TV filthy stains on the furniture on the rug the floor was squishy the room smelled like mildew there was no ventilation in the bathroom hotel staff wasn't even in uniforms didn't know who was checking me in or if there was anybody even working until they came out of the darkness of the breakfast area That's a whole nother story right there forget breakfast It's was disgusting never stay there ever again! I hope they renovated and get it under control!

The hotel under construction with all the outlet power and in safety wires stick out. Not clean and food are bad and old. I về booked 6 room
