Wasn’t told Elevator not working until checked in. Didn’t have Bookings right. Put us on 3rd floor. Staff not friendly. Manager rude

Good staff, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable all while booking last minute.

The 1st floor has no privacy and I had a hair in my breakfast. Besides that I had a good stay.
