"Overpriced for such a rundown hotel. Wouldn’t stay there again."

Nothing much.

It was pretty much a dump. Furnishings were worn & damaged. Shower insert wall was cracked across the whole back wall. Door to back parking lot was damaged and wouldn’t close. Fire door at stairwell that had a sign saying it must remain closed always remained open. No cold water in the lobby to fill a water bottle with. Instead they only offered bottled water at $1 each.

Good location. Clean.

Not exactly brilliant value for money but comfortable and clean. Took several days for $100 deposit to be refunded, despite already having paid for the room in advance of stay.
