Room was awful, no hand soap, no shower body wash, no bedside lamps, refrigerator did not work, phone in room did not work, no in room coffee maker, no cups, air conditioning rattled all night, 2 pillows, breakfast was extremely sparse, orange juice tasted old, coffee old, bathroom downstairs out of order.. by far the worst experience with a facility we ever had.

Location as near to the stadium as I was there for a World Cup game.

There were no cups in the room but a coffee maker.

Hallway smelled like cigarettes and weed. Bed linens were covered in stains. There was a slick substance on the bathroom floor. Room was hot and muggy.

It needed a fool time security guard, to loud and a lot of sketchy people.

We are requesting a refund due to multiple issues with the accommodation. The first room provided had a non‑functional AC. We were then moved to another room, but that room was also extremely warm because the AC had been turned off. We had to switch it on ourselves and wait nearly an hour for the room to cool down. Additionally, the bathtub drainage was clogged. We reported this issue, but it was never repaired during our stay. Given these conditions, the room was not usable as advertised, and we believe a refund is warranted.
