Desde que uno entra se siente el ambiente horrible empezando con la recepción pésima de mal humor sin nada de amabilidad, totalmente sucio, cancelamos inmediatamente entramos a tres habitaciones tratando de encontrar algo que pudiéramos considerar sinceramente el precio era bajo pero hay lugares en muchísimos mejor calidad en ese mismo precio. Lo siento nunca en mi vida volvería a un lugar así, aparte el terrible olor a humo, humedad, entré a una habitación llena de agua no se de donde salió probable del aire acondicionado, no había un rincón sin suciedad, pienso que un lugar puede no ser bonito pero lo importante para mí es la limpieza

WiFi not working for duration of visit, room dirty, many broken items in the room, marijuana smell throught the ENTIRE facility, no working pool, no laundry area, unwilling to help since booked 3rd party with booking.com

bed was comfortable.

1st room was not clean, had a weird storage closet that was not locked with a Xmas tree in it, the refrig was not plugged in was dirthy and smelled like something died in it. The second room was a little better, wifi was VERY slow, with a concert down the road the price was 3X normal, I don't think Whydham wants their name on a facility like this.

Looks like they are renovating which is party done but helps price.

Elevator doesn’t work. No lamps in rooms. Very minimalistic.
