Worse experience in my top 5, my room was gross with stains, the cable barely worked, you can hear everything outside, the curtain was ripped, my door wouldn’t close with out the lock. Just horrible, but the front guy was nice.

Location was good but it was under construction so the complimentary breakfast was very minimal. The website also said free shuttle to area attractions but oh wait not if it’s game day, then you have to pay. Ok, who goes to a football stadium when there is no game? Very misleading and inaccurate information on the website.

Close to six flag and surrounding areas

That they was renovating the elevator was not working had to take the stairs to the fourth floor and then the room was ice cold the heater was not working. Couldn’t get a drink either the vending machine was not working

My friend booked rooms in advance before reading the reviews. I went to get an additional room and saw the awful reviews. I hoped they were wrong and that it would be ok to stay here, but unfortunately, I was wrong. When we walked in the door, you could see there were "renovations," but I never once saw anyone working on anything during our time there. Light bulbs were missing from lamps, torn up furniture, and you could see where the outlet was pushed into the wall in one of our rooms. The hallway we were staying in had what looked like a horror movie scene—Trash bags on the walls and ceiling. The water pressure was good, but there was little to no hot water. We had to go down to the front desk to get our keys fixed. They said our phone magnets were deactivating them, but it stayed in my back pocket the whole time away from my phone. For what we paid for this room, I expected much more than we received.

Upon entering the hotel that the whole place is under renovation there's loud noise, and to top it off once we get to the register even though it wasn't listed under the listing on the website immediately we were told we couldn't check in unless there was $60 deposit paid in cash before we can check in. The rooms their self were good even though somebody has stolen the microwave they the bathroom was not clean so there is that. After about 30 minutes there as we are getting ready falling asleep taking a nap but the loudest noise in the world starts going off and every alarm in every room starts going off and continue to go off at even after we got hung up on reporting it at the front counter over the phone trying to inform them that the alarm for going off they stayed on for the next 30 minutes giving us such migraine the rest of just stay was unenjoyable. We didn't have clean towels after taking a shower for only about 30 seconds to complete cold water no hot. And to top it off as we were trying to get our very hard-earned $60 deposit back in the morning they made my husband go inside and so his ID like we were some kind of common criminal search the room top to bottom make sure we had this place to towel or anything and had such an attitude that we told them that we were going to talk to the parent company window about this believe me when I say sometimes too good to be true on price really is too good to be true

The place is so dirty and the services are terrible. A bad experience

Disgusting place to stay, you will not want to walk barefoot, sleep in the bed, and careful turning on the lights most fixtures are barely attached. Looked like goodwill furniture leftovers that they couldnt sell are in this hotel.

The outside appearance was below any standard Baymont I have ever been to. The inside is under renovation but the part that is still accessible is not well kept. The wardrobe in my room was old and falling apart, the refrigerator did not get cold and was very noisy the entire time, the shower water did not get warm at all and the hallway did smell a bit off. I paid for 2 guest and the manager was very rude to my husband after I left. When my husband was getting breakfast the manager asked if he was staying there (the manager saw and assisted my husband the night prior). My husband told him yes, our room number and that we would be checking out this day, the manger proceeded to tell him after he finished his breakfast he had to leave (which was WELL before check out time). Ultimately it was an unpleasant experience.
