Buena ubicacion, desayuno cereal y wafles

Las instalaciones son viejas, en la habitación las cortinas estaban rotas, las camas parecia que en cualquier momento se iban a quebrar, la silla de escritorio esataba rota, la limpieza del sanitario fue mala y habia poco personal que no podia atender las necesidades de los huespedes.

El desayuno estaba decente, lo único es que muy pocas mesas para desayunar por lo que tenías que esperar parado a qué alguien desocupara una mesa

La atención de la recepcionista, nos dió una habitación equivocada, reservamos habitación con dos camas dobles y nos dió una habitación con cama Queen y sofá porque al parecer ya no había habitaciones, la habitación con focos fundidos y una sola toalla, al comentar eso con la recepcionista no sabía cómo resolver las inconveniencias ni nada... Pésimo servicio al cliente, la cama con cabellos, entre otras cosas
