"I didn’t sleep on the bed. I didn’t sleep at all hardly it was so disgusting"

Nothing

I found clothes in the room and it was not clean at all. There was no toilet paper. I have videos and breakfast was wiped out clean around 9:20ish. I was told the other guest finished everything

"Looking needs to update condition of facilities that they have on their site it was a horrible stay"

DID NOT HAVE THE BREAKFAST. CHECKED OUT AND LEFT.

Pictures I'm booking.com where nothing like the facility. The room was dirty ceilings were peeling the furniture was filthy the fire alarms were pulled off the restroom extractors had covers halfway off the room smelled like mold the tubs were filthy the toilets would not flush I DEMAND A FULL REFUND FROM BOOKING AND I WANT AN AGENT TO GET A HOLD OF ME AT 432-269-5083 OR 432-227-4066 AS SOON AS POSSIBLE........

Necesitaba más limpieza las paredes del baño estaban todas sucias la tina la tuve que limpiar yo y la taza del baño no muy agradable necesitaba más limpieza la alfombra había pedacitos de comida por donde quiera.
