"I loved staying there"

The bed is worn out and needs to be replaced, and the toilet seat is wobbly and requires a new one.

"Shuttle Service"

By no fault of their own, the shuttle service was a little crazy. Easy pickup, but ride home was a little sketchy. Ended up in a very long line to get back. Be aware that the shuttle has several stops and you’re not on the wrong bus. 95% of the passengers were a little nervous they grabbed the wrong bus. Started out heading to the airport and only a few got off. Had a few more stops until we finally ended up at Super 8 bus stop where the entire bus got dropped off. Would think they would rethink the drop off route? Clean and friendly. Was just what we needed for the Packers game.

The check in staff was very nice and efficient.

There was such a strong cleaning smell that was overpowering when you walked into the front. It was also in the hallways. It made me nauseous and gave me a headache. They need to calm down and use much less of this. There was also a black sticky blob on the bottom of our bathtub. It was disgusting.

All and all it was a pleasant stay

The breakfast was a little disappointing. No bread for toast. They did have bagels and English muffins but not the same. Coffee was cold.

"It was more like a motel not a hotel"

Staff was nice

There were boogers on the wall. The floor wasn’t cleaned and under the bed hadn’t been clean in a very long time. The ceiling looked like it was ready to fall down(not a good patch job)
