Where do I start? Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was unacceptable from beginning to end. Upon arrival, the room was clearly dirty and appeared as though it had never been cleaned. There was no toilet stocked and rolls were empty, dirt and leaves caked on the shower floor, and most disturbingly, bed bugs visibly crawling on the bed (see attached photos). I booked and paid upfront through Booking.com, but the next morning, I discovered I had been charged a second time directly by the hotel. When I addressed this with the front desk, I was assured it was a computer error and that the pending charge would “fall off.” The next day however, I saw that the charge had indeed gone through. To protect myself, I requested a printed folio at checkout, but the hotel refused to provide one, claiming they couldn’t print receipts for Booking.com reservations—something I’ve never encountered in dozens of other stays at other hotels. To make matters worse, when I tried to explain the unsanitary conditions and bed bug issue, the communication barrier made it nearly impossible to get the point across. Instead of addressing my concerns, the staff member argued with me about the double charge. Only when I showed photos of the bed bugs did I receive any acknowledgment of the issue. I don’t typically write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share this experience to warn other travelers and encourage Wyndham to ensure better oversight, cleanliness, and customer service at this location.

Location was close to conveniences and close to Lambeau Field (on the game day shuttle route, even!) which is what we were there for. Pricing was reasonable and our room was very clean. Made our trip that much more enjoyable to stay somewhere that felt comfortable. They had facilities that we weren’t there long enough to use but still cool that they offer it.

I read other reviews and agree that the lobby area may have had an odd smell to it but beyond that things were good.

Loved the free breakfast and cleanliness..easy check in and out..unfortunately we were there during a Packers game and the price was inflated.. otherwise pleasant stay and room..staff was great!

Everything was very clean and comfortable.. I liked that I was able to make a reservation so quickly.

I asked for a pet friendly king suite and had it all booked. Then I get to the facility and was told they don't have a king suite that is pet friendly. Instead I was given a room with 2 queen beds.
