Nice clean hotel.. just needs to do better when exchanging bedding and things like that.. Nice stay.

Decent stay and friendly staff

Rooms need to be updated. Too hot in hallways. No hot breakfast options besides waffles

The Staff ( Monterey, thanks for your professionalism and Smile) here were great and welcoming. The early breakfast was a Hit. The staff took great care in cleaning the windows, trash and Lobby area. It has all of the right functions It’s just a shame how a Big Company can lower their Own Standards because of location in an underserved community. If our Downtown Detroit can be revitalized , surely this company can do better in this maintenance issues (air, vacuum hallways)and security ( didn’t need key card to enter middle door ) Looking forward to seeing this property like the ones I’m use to visiting in Miami. Especially since it’s so close to our thriving Downtown. Please consider. Will be back to enjoy improvements.

Not the worst but not best room.

It was clean and safe. Walking distance to everything

To be completely honest, this hotel isnt one I'd book if i had a choice. I came into town for the CB concert and everything was booked up, extremely overpriced or too far out. The area outside the hotel wasnt ideal, there were straggglers clearly not staying at the hotel just hanging out in the parking lot. Otherwise it wasnt a bad stay for a night. The room/bed was clean. The biggest perk was the free shuttle service! Free parking and a breakfast option was also a nice touch, they only got food were waffles. If you're on a budget its a decent place to stay. Staff i interacted with was nice.

The staff is excellent. The only thing is the smell of marijuana.

Extremely hot in hallways and room. Air conditioner barely was blowing air. 3rd floor no elevator. No window in room so extremely dark and dingy. No drying towels. When asked for more they didn’t have any. Stayed overnight for a few hours for concert. Shuttle was extremely rude. Won’t ever book again.

Very nice hotel. Always like staying here. Clean and quiet. Always accommodating. Next time I stay in the area, I will stay here again.
