The fridge was a little small. We couldn't refreeze the cooler blocks for our esky (we had medications in the esky).

Location is great, this was one the premier hotel of gladstone, it's great to see it being brought back slowly to its glory days. Staff super friendly, check in is easy and communication excellent

Odd smell in the room, perhaps carpets were just done?

"The Gladstone Hotel was amazing!"

Clean, convenient, helpful staff, stylish decor. The bed was super comfortable with just the right amount of linen and bedding! I had a very relaxing sleep!

The Gladstone Hotel was amazing. Unfortunately, Booking.com were non contactable by Chat, Phone or Email and I was overcharged by Booking.com. There is no possible way to contact Booking.com and when I changed my booking online to 1 guest and 1 breakfast, the price did not change and The Gladstone Hotel tried to rectify this problem for me to no avail. Booking.com did not answer their phone call from the Corporate number they had. This is the first extremely disappointing interaction I have had with Booking.com. I will actually be very cautious about using Booking.com again!! Overcharged by Booking.com and no way to contact to even request a refund or reduction due to unpredictable family circumstances, even though I altered the booking details online prior to payment. No adjustment was made by Booking.com. This is not a reflection on The Gladstone Hotel at all. They were very helpful and apologetic.
