The Gladstone

Really clean, nice hotel in a great location. Staff go above and beyond.

Only issue was some sewerage issues which were quickly resolved, and staff moved us straight away.

Ease of access, central location, clean, modern and comfortable rooms.

As I approached the reception around 6ish the lady was warm and so very helpful When we checked out they were also very lovely.

The breakfast voucher that was given to use at the restaurant across the reception was , I don’t like using the word but it was disgraceful. $25 full break ordered for my husband came out as a child breakfast and I had a bagel seemed like it was either thawed out or not baked properly, it was very doughy, coffee and chai was disappointing to say the least . I definitely will stay with you again for my next trip but I’d rather go to MacDonald or the coffee club for a breakfast.

Very nice property, rooms were clean, spacious, comortable, staff at check in and check out were very friendly and helpful, Would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable and the location in the centre of Gladstone was a perfect place to base out of.

Clean and tidy

No cutlery and could do with a toaster and microwave as everything around was closed a lot of the time. Rooms too small for 4 people, should be at least big enough for a lounge.
