DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Park City - The Yarrow

Overall the property was fine, great breakfast, but the room was not good. Horrible smell made it hard to sleep. I won't be staying here again.

Conveniently located to Main street area. Free city bus located across the street that will bring you to Main street area along with others.

I was SHOCKED when I left that I received a $25 DAILY resort fee. Expedia never informed me of any resort fee, and the front desk never informed me about a resort fee. When I called to have the resort fee refunded, the manager and front desk said that the fee was for wifi, appetizers and parking. I get FREE wifi since I'm a Hilton Honors member, and the front desk told me that they had FREE appetizers. PLUS, they're connected to a parking lot with a supermarket and other vendors, and countless parking spots. Nevertheless, the manager informed me that it was "NOT POSSIBLE" to refund my resort fee. "NOT POSSIBLE" or simply "NOT WILLING" to refund my surprise resort fee??????? Would NEVER recommend this Hilton DoubleTree. They should be embarrassed, but the hotel owner is simply collecting his "resort fee" dollars during the off-season and certainly doesn't care!!!!!!

Mike, the hotel concierge and lead at the front desk is a true credit to customer service. He knows Park City and the surrounding area well and can recommend anything from great local restaurants to fantastic scenic drives. Also, he was extremely accommodating in checking us in early at our arrival. Those that might be interested in the field of hospitality can learn a lot from Mike, the best I’ve ever seen, a true master of his craft. I’ve traveled the world extensively and Mike has renewed my faith in the hospitality industry! Thanks Mike!

Nice hotel - we've stayed twice. Location is great, with free public transportation right outside the door that takes you all over Park City. Rooms could use an update, but they are clean and spacious. I didn't love the bed/pillow, but that's just personal preference, and my partner had no issues. Lobby is cozy and breakfast buffet was very good. Will stay again.

We stayed there 7/30/25 and were supposed to stay the next night as well, however, we left. The place is dirty and rundown. They also charge a $28.66 resort fee, this place is anything but a resort. We ended up staying the one night but left and stayed at another place in Park City for the rest of our visit. The room smelled as well, like mold. Don’t risk it for a special trip like Park City. Park City is great.

Convenient location, comfortable beds, close to bus stop, wonderful front desk staff. Very dark decor, everything needs updating. Small bar without much selection and unexperienced bartender with high prices.

Clean room. Nice quiet hotel. Pillows were too soft. Shower had no conditioner. The stay was very nice.
