DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Park City - The Yarrow

Good service nice people.

What a wonderful staff! Everyone made us comfortable and at home! Mike, the front desk agent could not have been nicer. All were helpful and friendly. The room was a good size and bed was comfortable. The hotel and furnishings are a bit dated but in good repair. The patio had nice views of the mountains AND the shopping mall parking lot! All good and noise level was low.

Hands down best place for the money! Mike is such a great guy. From the minute we entered the property we were greeted with a friendly smile and warm welcome. He was great with the kids and very knowledgeable about Park city! Just because of him, his welcome and exceptional customer service we would come back time double free time and time again! Thx for the great experience Mike!

The hotel is pretty run down at this point and not in the best condition. Definitely could use some upgrades for the price. ‘Mattress was basically U shaped at this point and it was hard to sleep, no real stability in the mattress. Will be staying at Hyatt next time cause we loved that place for value.

The hallways were convoluted, the room was ok, but you could hear noise and talking from people a couple of rooms away and someone was partying until past 3am. I didn't report it since I had earplugs and suspected someone would. Apart from that it was ok, the room was comfy enough, it was convenient to the places we wanted to see and nearby dining and free public transit. The staff was friendly, but the lack of sound proofing was a deal breaker for me.

The staff was excellent. The room, a bit small, but very clean and in a good condition. However, the lobby and especially the hallways are very dark. I think the hotel is very clean, but it is time for a major upgrade.

Mike and Audrey were absolutely lovely! Every suggestion they had we LOVED! They were always friendly, helpful and gave the best advice of what to do in park city and surrounding areas. My kids loved the pool and housekeeping was on point and staff was friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel, room was clean, not a walking distance from center , however Starbucks and a few other food places as well as grocery store are near. Great place if traveling with a dog - lots of walking areas.

Great place to stay when coming in to snowboard for a few days
