The hotel is large and luxurious, has a fireplace at the lobby, a game room, pool, I believe restaurant too. It is located next to a bus stop (free) that will take you downtown Park City. Walking distance or short drive to restaurants.

"Nice place."

9.0

Spacious comfortable room. Great bedding and pillows. Love the warm welcome cookie. Friendly staff. Nice restaurant and breakfast. Pet friendly area. Good location.

Parking leaves a lot to be desired. Refrigerator in room didn't work. They said they'd send someone to take care of it but no one ever showed up.

"The front desk guy burned pizza in the microwave we had to evacuate at 4 am"

2.0

By far, this was the worst experience I have ever had in any establishment. At 4 AM, a blaring alarm sounded, and we evacuated. We received no instructions or information until the firefighters arrived. I went back to the front desk to confirm whether it was safe to re-enter the building. Unfortunately, the person at the front desk, who was supposed to provide information, was more concerned with explaining how the pizza he microwaved caused the smoke but didn't catch fire, only getting burned black. Meanwhile, I was just trying to check if it was safe to bring my children back into the room. He said, “Even if I had opened doors or tried to do something, the smoke would have reached the rooms.” I guess opening the outdoor doors did not occur to him until the fire department did it for him. There was no concern shown for our safety—no one asked, “Is everyone okay? Do you need anything?” All guests, including a person in a wheelchair, had to be evacuated, yet we received zero information or assistance from the hotel administration. My children's safety was my priority, not the nonsense stories from the man who was supposed to be in charge. If he cannot handle a microwave, he shouldn't be managing the front desk.

This is an older property that has been well maintained. For a quick one night stay for a wedding in Park City it worked out great.
