Granville Island Hotel

I wasn’t knowing what to expect. When we pulled up, we noticed this small building with the entrance that had the soccer balls for the FIFAWorld Cup. As we walked in, we turned to the right to go to check in and saw the most friendliest people. Check-in was very easy, going to the room and opening the door was exactly how it looked in the picture. It was crisp and beautiful. We settled in and went down to the restaurant to have some dinner and the food was spectacular. We stayed for five days and it was the best. At any place we’ve ever stayed. Service was top-notch. It was quiet, clean, and the atmosphere was perfect.

We always enjoy our stay here especially the dockside rooms. The ambiance in the area is great and good walking and people watching as well as excellent restaurants

Perfect location, very comfortable room with everything you need, and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff who seemed genuinely invested in my mom and me having a great stay.

Great location overlooking the harbour. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The restaurant was great. The hotel itself is a bit tired which I guess is the 3 star rating but we felt the stay itself rated much higher than this. We would definitely stay here again.

The aircon was a bit fierce and because it was on the ground blew on the person that side of the bed, so we turned it off

Ok, stayed here since 1986, starting to show its age. I continue to recommend the hotel and stay in a different suite here every visit.
