"Disappointed in Mandeville "

On arrival the lady at the front desk pretty much ignored us for a good 5 minutes. She was on the phone and I'm sure taking care of business but she didn't even look up and to acknowledge us. Then when we checked in there was what I would consider a pretty bad attitude regarding whether or not we qualifiedforearly checkin. Not an experience to have after a 10 hour drive. Anybody can have a bad day but I was taught that in the service industry you put that aside and take care of the customers needs. Hotel was , our room was extremely small and needed updating. We've stayed at this particular Hotel before and the experience was nothing like this.

Great location as there are a lot of restaurants and others nearby; yet still quiet and safe. Housekeeping was a problem for us as we didn’t receive when they said we would. We stayed for 6 nights; were told by day 3 they would change sheets. It didn’t happen and we had to request for the same. I prefer having my bed made daily.
