"Great quiet location, very nice, will be my place to stay when visiting the area."

Did not have breakfast there, no time, room was comfortable, pillows ok, but that is just me.

"Bad bad bad"

Front desk staff were completely rude! They entered my room without permission because they failed to let anyone know about carpet cleaners coming in... the flyers were just piled up at the front desk. The rooms smelled horribly. The beds and room was in part up to date. The bathrooms were old. The halls were sweltering hot, zero ac. The breakfast was hit or miss, one day you had this nice young man, the next a miserable lady. At night, the bar staff was much better. This place is large, almost like 2 hotels together so it's like a maze. Nice seating throughout to kick back if it's not so hot. Needs an outdoor pool. Do not recommend overall because of the front desk staff and the rude treatment.

The room they put me in looked nothing like the photos. I was expecting more of a “suite” type room for the money I paid. I apparently was on the non-refurbished side. TV needed to be replaced due to a line in it. The drawers in the dresser fell apart and I needed a light replaced over the sink. The maintenance technician quickly took care of the issues. It was still disappointing. The staff was fantastic.I will probably stay in a different hotel next trip just due to the cost and the actual quality of the rooms.
