"Excellent"

Great service from front desk and a good centrally located spot. Our only complaint is our room was never serviced over the course of six days, despite asking. We got new towels and the front desk and disposed of our own trash. Fresh towels and a turn over would’ve been great midweek.

"Great stay good people, clean and staff was friendly"

The hotel was very clean and very well put together. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They had easily accessible rooms for groups and a nice clean pool area. The linens in the rooms were very clean and soft, and the room was comfortable . There was only one issue, and that was the fact that the Internet went down for a day. However, it was not the hotel’s fault and they worked overnight to be sure to have it fixed.

The staff was amazing - so friendly and attentive! Everything was clean, and I love being able to walk to Starbucks, then grab a treat at Sucre! This is the second time we’ve stayed at this location, and we will be back!

"Horrible experience"

The staff in this hotel, the front desk and the lady at the bistro were horrible. Worst attitudes for such a customer service-oriented position. So rude and defensive. The chef in the bistro is wonderful and received our tip instead of the others. We will not stay at this hotel again. After paying $300 for a suite you would think you could at least get a smile instead of “what”.
