Someone below or next to us was smoking the entire stay which aggravated a severe smoke allergy. This is advertised as a "smoke free" place to stay. TV didn't work. Teenages running around in the parking lot screaming and playing music. This was the worst stay I've ever experienced.

WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN! I will never return to this hotel again. The staff gave me so much stress the day of my arrival with saying that I wasn’t arriving on that day and that my payment wasn’t going through. It was just two hours of stress we get there in the hotel is disgusting. Our sink was clogged up the entire weekend. My family sink was broken. The showers leak through the door. We never got an ice bucket when we approached them they stated they didn’t know where it was at. We went to go grab my family’s next-door and there was dirty. The entire weekend we were there. The pool wasn’t working. The continental breakfast was absolutely terrible. And walking into my family‘s room when we arrived it smelled like a wet dog. I’ve never been so disgusted by a hotel and their service. The only good thing about this hotel was the manager. She was able to confirm everything for me to be ready for my stay after her employee that was working that day put me through the ringer right before we were about to leave to come down.
